Different types of packaging devices allow for packing all sorts of products - from bulk products to powdery and sticky ones. The products can be packed into bags of different sizes and the shape of the bag can be adapted to various requirements. Our customers can choose between pillow bags and block bottom bags, however we also offer packing in various plastic, paper, tin or glass containers. Due to our flexibility, we can deliver different types of orders quickly and efficiently and are open for different types of cooperation.
Our oil-roasting facility is equipped with a modern high-capacity oil roaster, which enables roasting peanuts and nuts with different types of oil. Our leading products are salted peanuts and nuts, however we also use it to produce premium seasoned snacks.
Our hot air roasting facility for peanuts and nuts enables us to achieve different types of flavour profiles and crunchy texture. Flavor composition and intensity depend on the roasting conditions. A wide range of oven roasted peanuts and nuts is available.
By adding sesaonings to dry roasted nuts and peanuts we can also create different kinds of snacks on demand.
To produce premium snacks, we developed innovative procedures that enable us to add pieces of real vegetables, fruit, seasonings, herbs, cheese or other addings, to any nut.
We use whole ingredients in their natural form (such as peanuts, cashews, almonds, hazelnuts and pumpkin seeds), roast them and then add delicious seasonings to create real treats for any taste.
Fruits and vegetables are dried using a vacuum dehydration technology, which differs from the classical industrial dehydration in that lower temperatures are used so that during the dehydration process the temperature in the fruit or vegetable never exceeds 45°C. Our technology also enables us to avoid freezing before dehydration. All this results in a lower loss of temperature-sensitive nutrients, and thus the loss of A and C vitamin is minimal. Temperature-sensitive flavouring substances and natural colour are preserved to a large extent as there are no reactions (e.g. caramelisation of sugars) during the dehydration process, which would have a negative impact on the final appearance of products. The dehydration takes place with the minimum presence of oxygen, which reducesthe oxidation.
The additional strength of our technology is that no microwaves or radiation are used. Our products are not added any preservatives, sugars or sweeteners or flavourings.
Our production method enables us to declare our products as raw vegan. We can offer a wide range of vacuumdehydrated fruits, berries, vegetables or herbs.
According to client’s wishes, dehydrated products can be grinded into powder.
Our mill grinds a wide variety of tree nuts. We dispose with different kind of mill plates that enable us to achieve different kinds of grind profile. The mill is connected directly to the packing machine which results in freshness of end product.
