We dispose with our own, modern packaging lines of dried fruit, nuts and seeds which are all fitted out with control systems for measuring the content of metals and net weight. We mark our products with the sign EGS “e” which means that the products are consistent with the directives 76/211/ESG and 75/106/EGS. The products are also packed by the principle of average, are marked appropriately and controlled. We use the automatic gravimetric filling scale.
The packaging is carried out under regulation of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) for which we acquired an appropriate certificate.
The filling devices, with which we pack dried fruit and nuts, are made of stainless steel and the products are packed into polypropylene packaging. Different types of filling devices enable packing of all sorts of products from bulk products to floury and sticky ones. The products are packed into bags of different types and sizes because the filling devices make it possible that the shape of the bag adapts to different needs.
Another part of our production line is the roastery of peanuts which is equipped for two different types of roasting; for roasting with hot air and roasting with an oil roaster which enables addition of different spices and coatings.
In the company Hrib d.o.o. In our company we are also dealing with meat production. When it comes to red meat we like to use domestic raw materials and therefore we weekly organise purchase of livestock and slaughter in slaughterhouses we have contracts with. The primal cuts of meat are then placed on the marked with the help of our own distribution network. |
